About the Poet

I've been in love with writing since 2014 — long before I had the words for most of what I felt, and long before I knew that love and heartbreak would end up being the two things I return to most.

The Rhyming Reasons is where that writing lives now: poems about the falling in, the staying, and the learning to stand up straight again afterward. Every poem here started as something true, before it learned to rhyme.
